Duo Restore for New Phone


When an employee gets a new phone, they must import their old Duo Logins to the new phones Duo App.  There are a few ways of doing this, the easiest being listed here.

 

iOS (NOT COMPANY MANAGED)

Android (NOT COMPANY MANAGED)

If a user gets a new phone BUT does not have access to the old one, OR it is a managed phone; They will need to contact the IT Help Desk for instructions on how to re-activate their Duo Logins or Enroll the new device.
