Duo Offline Authentication

If you are trying to access your laptop while it is not connected to a WIFI Network, you will need to perform an offline login with Duo.   

To get this six-digit code, you will need to navigate to the Duo App on your phone and look for the “Windows Offline” section.  Click on it to reveal the code if it is not shown already.  Once you see the code, please enter it into the box on the laptop.   Please make sure you enter this code promptly.  The counter in the bottom right is how long the code is valid for.  It will refresh with a new code once that timer expires.
