On your mobile device navigate to your app store and search “OneTalk”. The app is created by Verizon and will have an icon like this: 
Once installed find your Direct dial on the phone list and enroll using direct dial number and name
From there you will be emailed a pin to your work email which will be used to verify you
You will use this app to receive calls to your work phone on your mobile phone. When you no longer need to receive phone calls (on-break, off the clock) you can set it to do not disturb within the app.
